Our Journey Since Incorporation

  • February 2024: Valoris Group was officially incorporated, marking the beginning of our ambitious goal to transform recruitment. From the outset, we focused on sectors that are vital to the future of the UK economy.

  • March 2024: We relocated our registered office to the Ground Floor, Nautica House, Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, positioning ourselves in a strategic location to enhance operations and client engagement.

  • April 2024: Expanded our team to five recruitment professionals, each bringing a wealth of industry expertise. This marked our first major step towards scaling our business and offering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

  • May 2024: Successfully launched our contractor payroll services, enabling us to provide seamless payroll solutions to both contractors and clients. This became a pivotal part of our service offering.

  • June 2024: Achieved REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and GQEA (Guild of Quality Employment Agencies) certifications, showcasing our dedication to maintaining the highest standards in recruitment and quality service delivery.

  • July 2024: We expanded our client base within the Renewable Energy sector, working with prominent firms in the solar and wind energy fields. This deepened our expertise in green energy recruitment and strengthened our market presence.

  • August 2024: Introduced our enhanced candidate services, helping professionals find opportunities that matched their aspirations. We took a more personalised approach to supporting candidates through every step of the recruitment process.

  • September 2024: Moved to a larger office space to accommodate our growing team and increased operational demand. We expanded our team to six, reinforcing our capacity to meet the evolving needs of our clients across the UK.

  • October 2024: Launched an internal training program focused on developing recruitment specialists. This program ensured our team stayed ahead of industry trends and best practices, allowing us to continue providing cutting-edge recruitment solutions.
